Enhance your Ford Bronco's performance with our revolutionary JLT Oil Separator designed specifically for the 2021-2024 Ford Bronco 2.7L EcoBoost. Our expertly crafted oil separator effectively addresses the problem of oil vapor accumulation caused by venting crankcase pressure through your intake track. This state-of-the-art device helps prevent oil vapor build-up in your intake manifold and tubes, increasing your engine's efficiency and performance. The issue is even more pronounced in forced induction vehicles, like those with a turbocharger or supercharger, due to increased crankcase pressures. Our solution? An oil separator that not only mitigates these challenges, but also protects your engine in the long run.
Built from solid billet aluminum, the JLT Oil Separator is as rugged as it is reliable, boasting a durable design and a knurled tank base for convenient removal and maintenance. With an integrated O-ring seal to prevent leaks, this is your go-to solution for preserving your engine's integrity and performance.
Features
- Milled from solid billet aluminum for supreme durability
- Knurled tank base for easy removal and drainage
- O-ring seal to prevent leaks
- Fine mesh stainless steel screen traps oil vapors effectively
- Uses a unique aluminum honeycomb filter for superior filtration
- 3 oz tank capacity ensures longevity and minimal maintenance
The multistage filtration system is key to capturing and storing even the finest oil vapors, while still allowing clean air to pass through. This system employs a fine mesh stainless steel screen to trap and hold vapors until they condense and fall away. These particles then go through a 1/2" thick, 1/16" aluminum honeycomb filter where they combine into larger droplets and settle in the tank. With a capacity of 3 oz, which although modest, suffices due to the expected minimal oil presence in the PCV system. Be sure to drain it every 2,000 to 3,000 miles to keep it functioning optimally.
