Our heim steering upgrade for the new Ford Bronco is an easy bolt-on kit to increase the strength of your steering system. We replace the OEM outer tie rod with a CNC machined version from 6061-T6511 aerospace aluminum that we type II anodize black. We adapt a FK JMX series 7/8" Teflon-lined heim joint/rod end with our heat-treated stainless steel high mis-alignment spacers. Our one piece lower spacer matches the factory ball-joint taper in the spindle/knuckle, so there's no need to drill or modify the factory parts. These are considerably stronger and higher quality than the original parts and built to much higher precision standards that serious off-roading requires.
