RockJock’s narrow 2.5 in housing is CNC-machined DOM tubing for fabricators who need strong, weldable hardware in tight brackets. The 74 mm mounting width and 16 mm thru-bolt ball fit the rear frame side on 2021–2027 Broncos. Expect up to 40 degrees of movement with cushioning that typical heims can’t provide, thanks to high-density urethane bushings around the inner ball. A heat-treated, cross-drilled center ball supports thru-bolt lubrication, while heavy-duty side washers and a snap ring secure the internals. External greasing via the zerk fitting helps keep the joint quiet and serviceable.
